Connecting Your MikroTik

PulseISP uses a secure two-way connection to manage your MikroTik routers. The system generates a provisioning script that configures RADIUS, WireGuard tunnel, and service ports automatically. Prerequisites - Your MikroTik must have internet access - API service must be enabled on the router (default port: 8728) - RouterOS v6.x or v7.x Step 1: Add Router in Dashboard 1. Go to Routers → Add Router 2. Enter the Router Name — A friendly name (e.g., "Main Tower", "Branch Office") Step 2: Map Ports to Services For each physical port on your router, select the service type: Service Description PPPoE For subscriber PPPoE connections Hotspot For hotspot/captive portal access LAN Choose which LAN ports you want to map PulseISP to. Port 2, 3 or whicherver becomes authenticated via PulseISP WAN If you want to MAP your Mirkotik WIFI to PulseISP Step 3: Run the Provisioning Script After saving, the system generates a RouterOS script, sample below. Copy it and paste into your MikroTik terminal: script look like below: /system reset-configuration no-defaults=yes skip-backup=yes Then paste the full provisioning script. The script will: 1. Configure RADIUS client settings 2. Set up WireGuard tunnel for secure management 3. Configure Walled Garden bypasses for hotspot portal 4. Set up DHCP and DNS 5. Configure firewall rules 6. Enable accounting and logging Step 4: Verify Connection Once the script runs, your router will appear as Online in the dashboard.
